The Seren Smart Ring offers 5–7 days of battery life on a full charge, depending on usage.
Important: When charging your ring or charging case, always use a standard 5V/1A (5W) power adapter. Do not use fast-charging adapters, including PD/QC chargers, as higher-powered charging may damage the battery.
If your ring or charging case becomes unusually hot while charging, disconnect it immediately and switch to a standard 5V/1A adapter.
To help keep your Seren Smart Ring looking and performing its best:
Clean your ring regularly using a soft, damp cloth and dry it thoroughly. This helps remove sweat, oils and everyday residue, maintaining both the ring's appearance and sensor performance.
Wearing your Seren Smart Ring on your non-dominant hand may help reduce everyday contact with surfaces and minimise cosmetic wear.
Rinse your ring with fresh water after swimming in chlorinated or salt water.
Avoid prolonged contact with harsh chemicals, including bleach, solvents and strong cleaning products.
Like any premium jewellery or wearable device, the finish may develop light cosmetic marks over time. To help minimise cosmetic wear, consider removing your Seren Smart Ring during activities involving significant friction, such as weightlifting, or when handling hard materials such as metal, ceramic or stone, including cookware and kitchen utensils.
Store your ring in a clean, dry place when it is not being worn.
